From JFK Airport:

We are on the left hand side between 42nd and 41st street on 9th ave. You'll see the number '572' on a glass door. Push the button '1' to ring door bell.
AIR TRAIN / SUBWAY- From your airport terminal, take the Air Train to Station Jamaica, then transfer to Subway E. Get off at Times Square - 42nd Street station. Total of $7.25
